Our Plan/Design/Build process benefits our clients from the onset by offering Market Study and Site Selection services. Planning and Design Studies provide the basis for the development of schematic drawings for a specific project. Schematic Drawings provide the scope of work to develop detailed Schedules and Budgets. Based on an approved schedule and budget, the Project Documents are completed. Project Documents include all architectural and engineering elements as well as a complete interior package including furnishings, fixtures, specialties, and the bank and security equipment. In the bidding phase of the project we work with local contractors, sub contractors and vendors, enhancing the client's image within their local community. We understand your business; our plan / design / build program will make you're project a success.
